Philoptima Resources (PR) is a nonprofit research organization domiciled in New Orleans, Louisiana, that supports the application of proven best practices in philanthropy in the disciplines of health, education, public safety, governmental oversight, and the environment. Your donations are tax-exempt under the terms of section 501-c-3 of the federal tax code.

By donating to Philoptima Resources you can help another nonprofit organization get the latest research on solutions to challenges in their communities using the Philoptima,llc., process Open Innovation Philanthropy at the pure unit cost of operation. Many nonprofits understand the challenges faced by the people living in their community but they lack the resources to gain the attention of researchers to design a carefully crafted solution. However, these same nonprofits have the most critical ingredient for success: “passion”. But, without a well researched solution, passion alone rarely equals success.
